Background

STIIIZY needed more than a collection of disconnected location campaigns. With 22 California storefronts operating in markets ranging from Downtown Los Angeles and San Francisco to Fresno, Sacramento, Ventura and Vista, the brand needed a repeatable system for attracting customers nationally while responding to the conditions surrounding each store.
Web Rank Digital deployed the National Customer Accelerator “Rankly” alongside its Done For You program. Rankly provided the scalable campaign framework, while the Web Rank Digital team handled location-level execution, profile activity, content, reputation support, directory consistency and performance tracking. The result was one coordinated customer-acquisition program with measurable visibility and engagement data for every participating market.

Challenges

Keep 22 location profiles accurate, active and locally relevant simultaneously.

Compete against established dispensaries with strong review counts and entrenched Maps visibility.
Improve discovery across high-intent terms such as “cannabis dispensary,” “cannabis shop,” “cannabis delivery,” “recreational dispensary,” “licensed cannabis dispensary,” “edibles” and “infused pre rolls.”
Track ranking movement honestly across markets with very different starting positions.

Solutions Implemented

National Customer Accelerator Framework

  • Organized all 22 locations under one coordinated customer-acquisition program.
  • Established consistent campaign activities and quality controls across the portfolio.
  • Maintained location-level measurement so each market could be evaluated independently.
  • Used shared reporting to reveal network-wide patterns and store-specific opportunities.

Local Content and Engagement Strategy

  • Published locally relevant Google Business Profile posts for each store.
  • Created FAQ content addressing common customer questions and supporting local search relevance.
  • Prepared review responses to encourage consistent reputation engagement across the location network

Location-Level Visibility Activation

  • Supported discovery for relevant high-intent searches surrounding each storefront.
  • Treated every store as a distinct local market rather than applying identical assumptions.
  • Connected customer-facing profile activity with the location pages customers could visit.
  • Used market-level results to guide the next phase of campaign execution.

Heatmap and Performance Intelligence

  • Monitored locations with before-and-after geo-grid heatmaps.
  • Measured neighborhood-level visibility rather than relying on one citywide ranking.
  • Tracked Search views, Maps views, website clicks, phone calls and direction requests.
  • Identified strong coverage areas, weak outer-grid zones and mixed performance honestly.

Results Across 22 Locations

Engagement Metrics

  • 134,849 website clicks

  • 137,965 direction requests

  • 24,668 phone calls

The 22 profiles also generated 307,713 Search views and 354,856 Maps views, producing 662,569 combined profile views.
